摘要 基于木耳在干燥过程中易出现黏连及加工过程中干燥温度及湿度不易控制等问题,设计了集木耳定型、灭菌杀毒、分拣和干燥于一体的木耳双段热风干燥装置。该干燥装置可实现在第一干燥段对木耳进行旋转定型并去除大部分水分,在中间段分拣筛选出大小不同的木耳分别输送到第二干燥段的2个干燥室,根据木耳的大小不同分别设定干燥温度去除水分。此干燥装置具有定型、分选、在二次干燥段可实现温湿度可控等优点,提高了干燥木耳的质量和木耳干燥的效率。 Based on the problems of easy adhesion in the drying process and the difficulty of eontrolling the drying temperature and humidity in processing,this paper designed a new type of hot air drying device for agaric,which is composed of shaping,sterilization,sorting and dlying. The drying device can realize that the first drying section can rotate and shape agaric and remove most moisture ,different sizes agaric were transported to the second drying section of the two drying room,set drying temperature to remove muisture according to agaric size. The drying device has the advantages of shaping, sorting,realizing the control of temperature and humidity in the two drying section,improving the quality of dried agaric and the drying efficiency.
