摘要
以夏黑葡萄为试材,花前1周至初花期进行柱状和圆锥形两种整形方式处理,分别研究不同花穗整形长度(4.5 cm、5.5 cm、6.5 cm、7.5 cm)对夏黑果实品质的影响。结果表明:采用圆锥形花穗整形、保留花穗长度4.5 cm、留穗尖去除副穗和上部大穗的处理,其单果质量大、可溶性固形物含量较高、可滴定酸低、果实色泽好,果实综合品质优良,是夏黑葡萄适宜的花穗整形方式。
Summer Black flowers were thinned before flowering one week, to investigate the influence of the different length of flower thinning on fruit qualities. The results showed that the treatments of cone-shaped flower(4.5 cm spica tip, the rest of flower branch had been removed) increased significantly the every berry weight and the total soluble solids content, the titratable acid contents were decreased, and the berries had the better comprehensive quality, so this kind of flower thinning might be fit for flower management in Summer Black vineyards.
