摘要
公共图书馆通过服务外包确实提高了整体运营的效率,提升了公众的社会文化生活品质。但从现实来看,公共图书馆在服务外包具体操作环节依然存在着突出的问题,这些问题导致公共图书馆服务外包面临着一种进退两难的"鸡肋"困境。笔者着眼于公共图书馆社会文化服务供给,探讨公共图书馆在文化服务外包过程中存在的突出问题,为提高公共图书馆服务质量和服务水平提供一些建议参考。
Public library service outsourcing has improved the efficiency of the whole operation, and promoted the social and cultural life quality of the public. But from a practical point of view, there are still outstanding problems in the oper- ation of public library in the service outsourcing, which lead to a dilemma of ＂chicken ribs＂ in a nice hobble. This paper focused on the social and cultural service supply of public library, and discussed the outstanding problems in the process of cultural service outsourcing, and gave some suggestions for improving the service quality and service level of public library.
