摘要
文章主要介绍了两种乡镇文化站的管理模式,并结合文化站历史、现状分析其优劣点。通过对两者进行比较,指出现阶段文化站主流管理模式是合理选择,在此基础上对文化站的发展提出合理性建议。
This paper described two kinds of management models about township culture center, analyzed and compared their strengths and weaknesses combining with the culture center＇s history and status, and pointed out that at this stage the main culture center management model was a reasonable choice, and put forward suggestions about the development of township culture station.
