Constructing practical teaching system to promote innovative personnel training

围绕学校办学定位,通过进一步优化人才培养方案,搭建实验实训平台、拓展实习教学基地、加强实践教师队伍建设、推进学生创新创业训练计划、加强毕业论文(设计)过程管理等手段,建立了富有学校自身特色、宜于操作的实践教学质量保障体系,为地方高校开展实践教学工作提供参考及借鉴。

Around the school running orientation, and through the further optimization of the talent training scheme, this article sets up the experimental training platform, expands the practical teaching base, strengthens the construction of teachers＇ team, promotes the students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial training machine row, strengthens the management of graduation thesis （design） process, establishes the practical teaching quality guarantee system which has rich school characteristics and is easy to operate, and provides references for local colleges and universities to carry out the practical teaching work.
