摘要 为了加深学生对统计过程控制方法的认识与理解,研制了统计过程控制实验平台。该实验平台以电池充电过程为实验对象,通过连续检测电池充电量得到系列测量数据,根据测量数据变化趋势判断加工过程是否处于受控状态。充电电池内嵌射频识别芯片,利用读卡器读取电池序列号并记录电池状态,根据电池状态确定电池电量。测量示数由后台计算机控制,可按需生成休哈特提出的8种失控状态模式数据。实验平台具有情景真实、数据质量高、操作方便、成本低廉的特点,实际应用取得了良好的实验教学效果。 In order to deepen students' cognition and understanding of statistical process control methods,an experimental platform for statistical process control is developed.The experimental platform takes the battery charging process as the experimental object,and a series of measurement data are obtained by continuously detecting the battery charge.According to the trend of measurement data,whether the process is in a controlled state is determined.As a radio frequency identification chip is embedded in the rechargeable battery,the serial number of the battery is read by using the reader,the battery status is recorded,and the level of the battery power is determined according to the battery status.The measured number is controlled by the background computer.The eight kinds of the out-of-control mode data proposed by Shewhart can be generated as needed.The experimental platform has the characteristics of scene reality,high data quality,convenient operation and low cost,and the good experimental teaching effect is achieved in its practical application.
