井排原油有机氯含量检测方法及设备改进 被引量:1

Detection method for organic chlorine content in crude oil and improvement of its equipment

摘要 以胜利油田井排原油为研究对象,通过实验对井排原油进行馏分切割,分析了原油不同馏分对应的有机氯含量。实验结果发现:在所研究的井排原油样品中,有机氯主要存在于沸点小于330℃的馏分中,因此确定测定井排原油有机氯含量时的蒸馏温度应为330℃。通过对蒸馏设备进行改进,解决了蒸馏过程中所存在的爆沸、易凝聚和控温等问题。 Taking Shengli Oilfield as the research object,and through the experiment,the crude oil is cut into fractions and the content of corresponding organic chlorine in different fractions of crude oil is analyzed.The experimental results have found that in the researched crude oil samples,the organic chlorine mainly exists in the fractions which have the boiling point of less than 330 ℃.Therefore,the distillation temperature to determine the organic chlorine content in crude oil should be 330 ℃.Through the improvement of the distillation equipment,such problems as bumping,easy condensation and temperature control in the process of distillation are solved.
