摘要
以清华大学生命科学院生物计算平台冷冻电镜结构解析实验室管理为案例,介绍了实验室现状、制度体系、平台运行和成果4个部分,阐述了实验室管理和运行过程中经常出现的问题,提出了有效的改进措施,以便进一步提高设备的完好率和利用率,切实有效地为科研和教学服务,为建立高效有序的实验管理提供理论依据。
Taking the management of Freezing EM(Electron Microscope)Structure Analysis Laboratory with the biological computing platform in School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University as a case,the following four sections:present situation of the laboratory,the laboratory system,operation and achievements are introduced,the common problems in the laboratory management and operation are elaborated on,and the effective improvement measures are put forward so as to further improve the availability and utilization ratio of the equipment,provide the effective service for research and teaching,and offer the theoretical basis for the establishment of efficient and orderly laboratory management.
