生命科学学科仪器共享平台的特色与管理模式 被引量:21

摘要 清华大学根据学科布局与发展的需要,先后建设了10个面向全校开放服务的公共科研平台,为科学研究与人才培养提供了技术支撑与服务。由于校级平台资源配置的局限性,时常遇到设备机时紧张、预约困难、维护资金不足等问题;而且,校级平台一般较少配置专业性较强的大型设备。针对上述情况,在清华大学—北京大学生命科学联合中心的资助下,生命科学学院于2011年开始建设重点服务于生命学科的仪器共享平台。在平台建设与运行管理实践中,逐步形成了仪器共享平台的特色与管理模式。 According to the need of layout and development of disciplines,Tsinghua University has established ten public research platforms for all the users in the university.These platforms provide technical support and services for the scientific research and talent cultivation.However,due to the limited resource allocation,the platforms have many problems such as the tense use of equipment hours,difficulty in booking,insufficient maintenance funds,etc.Besides,these platforms are seldom equipped with the professional and large-scale equipment.To solve these problems,School of Life Sciences started the construction of the instrument sharing platform in 2011,which provides the key service to life sciences.This platform is funded by Tsinghua University―Peking University Joint Center for Life Sciences(TPCLS).During the platform construction and operation,the management mode and its characteristics for the instrument sharing platform are gradually formed.
