摘要
某矿采用人工矿柱代替原生矿柱的房柱采矿法回采,首先根据采场顶板围岩的应力分布和破坏机理得出矿房宽度;然后通过考虑人工矿柱应承受的压力与矿柱强度的关系,在一定的安全系数条件下计算出人工矿柱的宽度,确定出合理的采场结构参数;最后通过Mathew稳定图表法,判别出该采场结构参数对应顶板暴露面积的稳定性。研究结果表明:通过计算得出的采场结构参数为:矿房宽度14 m,人工矿柱10 m;运用Mathew稳定性图表查出N=18.31和S=6.14时,对应的采场顶板暴露面积落点位于稳定区,判别出采场顶板稳定性较好,暴露面不需进行全面支护,只需有局部支护用于控制岩块的片落。
Based on room-and-pillar mining method that using artificial pillar in place of the original pillar, the room width can be obtained through the stress distribution and failure mechanism of the roof rock. Then, the width of the artificial pillar is calculated by considering the relation of the pressure and strength of pillar artificial under the condition of certain safety factor, and the reasonable stope structure parameters are determined. Finally, the stability of the exposed area of the stope is judged through Mathew stability chart method. The results indicate that:The structural parameters of the stope are calculated as follows : the room width is 14m, and the width of the artificial pillar is 10m;The relevant results is found by using the Mathew stability diagram as follows:N = 18.31 and S = 6. 14, and the corresponding roof of the stope, of which exposure area is located in the stable area, is judged as better stability, so the exposed surface only need to be locally supported for the control of rock pieces rather than be fully supported.
