Serum Inorganic Elements Levels in Patients with Different Clinical Stage of Breast Cancer

摘要 目的:通过对不同临床分期乳腺癌患者血清中部分无机元素的检测,探讨无机元素与乳腺癌发生发展的相关性。方法:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定91例不同分期的乳腺癌患者、51例乳腺良性肿瘤患者和35例健康体检者的血清中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、硒(Se)和锰(Mn)水平。结果:经方差分析显示,所检测的6种无机元素在3个观察组内均存在显著性差异(P=0.000)。组与组间进行两两比较发现,除Zn水平在乳腺癌组和乳腺良性肿瘤组间无显著性差异(t=-2.399,P=0.054)外,其余各元素在两两组间均存在显著性差异。不同分期的乳腺癌患者,随着乳腺癌严重程度的递增,Cu和Fe的水平基本呈递增趋势,而Zn、Mg、Mn和Se则呈递减趋势,除Zn有显著性差异(P=0.001)外,其余均无显著性差异。结论:无机元素与乳腺癌的发生发展具有一定的相关性,检测无机元素能为乳腺癌的恶性程度判断提供一定的参考价值。 Objective:To detect the inorganic element levels in serum of breast cancer patients with different clinical stage,and to explore the correlation of inorganic elements and breast cancer.Methods:Serum copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),magnesium(Mg),selenium(Se) and manganese(Mn) levels were measured by a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in 91 different clinical stages of malignant breast cancer patients,51 benign breast cancer patients and 35 healthy controls.Results:Analysis of variance showed that the six inorganic elements have significant differences(P = 0.000) in the three groups.The comparison between the groups discovered that all elements have significant differences in breast cancer and benign breast cancer groups,except Zn(t =-2.399,P =0.054).Along with the degree of malignance increasing in different clinical stages of breast cancer patients,Cu and Fe gradually increased,while Zn,Mg,Mn and Se gradually decreased.All elements have no significant differences between different clinical stages of breast cancer,except Zn(P = 0.001).Conclusion:There may be some connection between inorganic elements and the development and progression of breast cancer.It may provide some help for judging the degree of breast cancer if these inorganic elements were detected.
