摘要
卫星影像的定位精度是摄影测量卫星的重要特征和关键技术指标,在进行卫星影像定位精度评估时,不同研究机构对卫星影像定位精度有不同的评估方法和统计标准,导致在进行不同卫星影像定位精度比较时,易出现理解上的偏差和统计上的误差。文章首先从误差概念入手,介绍了系统误差和偶然误差特性及相互关系;其次,以摄影测量光束法平差理论为基础,重点分析了摄影测量定位精度中内部精度和外部精度的评估方法;最后,阐述了中误差与圆误差之间的关系,并给出了两者间的转换关系。文章有助于理清卫星摄影测量定位精度评估中误差之间的关系,正确评价不同卫星的定位精度。
The location accuracy of satellite imagery is an important characteristic and key specification of photogrammetric satellite. Different research institutions have different assessment methods and statistical standards when assessing location accuracy of satellite imagery. Therefore when the location accuracy is compared by different satellites imagery, statistical error and understanding deviation may occur. Firstly, from the concept of error, this paper introduces the characteristics and interrelation between systematic error and random error. Secondly, the assessment methods and meaning of internal and external accuracy are analyzed during location accuracy of satellite photogrammetry based on the theory of bundle adjustment. Finally, the relationship between stand error and circular error are described, and the conversions of two errors are given. This paper is helpful to clarify the relationship between the error in the location accuracy evaluation of satellite photogrammetry, and to evaluate location accuracy of different satellites correctly.
