花叶良姜组培无菌体系的建立 被引量:2

摘要 以花叶良姜袋苗为试材,根茎腋芽为外植体,研究外植体预处理、灭菌消毒和外植体长度等因素对其无菌体系建立的影响。结果表明:实验室水培植株3d,根茎腋芽长3~5cm作外植体,用1.25‰HgCl_2灭菌消毒16min,花叶良姜外植体污染率24.2%,萌芽率72.7%,较有利于建立花叶良姜无菌体系。 The pretreatment,sterilized factors and length of the explants were studied to establish propagation system on axillary buds of rhizome of Alpinia zerumbet cv.Variegata.The results showed that the contamination rate would be 24.2%and germination rate would be 72.7% when choose the axillary buds at the length of 3-5cm from hydroponics plants for three days,the surface disinfection suitable time lasted 16 min in 1.25‰ HgCl2,and the growth of the explants was in good condition.
