随着移动网络的普及,自媒体已成为大学生重要的学习生活方式,利用自媒体与时俱进的开展工作是辅导员工作的必然要求。调查结果显示,高校辅导员已经开始借助新媒体的优势,但使用程度和功能上还有待开发。辅导员应加大自媒体在学生管理工作过程中的运用,更好的发挥其作用。

With the popularization of mobile network, we media has become an important way of learning and life for college students. Therefore, it is a must for college advisors to keep up with the times and make good use of we media, too. Surveys show that although advisors have started to make use of the advantages of the new media, there is much room for improvement in terms of extent. Ad- visors should make better use of we media in their routine management of student affairs.
