摘要
以集成电路为代表的各种电子元器件,广泛应用于计算机、电力、金融、通信设备等公共设施和航空、航天、电子、船舶、兵器、核工业等各种武器装备和军事设备上[1]。我国电子设备尤其是军用电子设备选用进口电子元器件主要面临停产断档、出口限制与禁运、存在安全隐患、假冒伪劣以及筛选测试困难等多种问题。因此,电子元器件国产化具有重大的现实和军事意义[2]。在元器件国产化推进过程中,由于集成电路的设计和工艺不同,在替代中会出现诸多信号匹配问题,此类问题如果通过细致的信号分析,可以避免大多数的故障问题发生。以两个案例为基础,阐述信号分析在集成电路国产化替代中的重要作用。
Integrate circuit (IC) is finance, communications setting and wildly used in common devices such as computer, in military equipment such as aviation, spacefli electric power, ght, electronic device, watercraft, weapon and nuclear industry. Chinese electronic devices, especially military devices, are suffered from the problems of stop production, export restriction, security question, false product, test trouble,etc. IC localization is significant in practice and military. Because of different design and process, some matching questions occur in localization IC replacement, which can be avoided through signal analysis. There are two examoles to exolain the imoortance of signal analysis in localization.
