摘要
基于海岛微电网运行的稳定性、经济性和环保性,利用潮流能代替传统光能,构建基于风能、潮流能、微型燃料机发电、储能的海岛智能微电网运行优化模型,分析海岛智能微电网分布式电源的运行特性,优化海岛微电网运行的经济成本、环境折算成本,寻求最优解。针对约束处理,提出一种改进的多目标粒子群优化算法,并对该优化模型进行迭代寻优,确定海岛微电网系统的协调优化调度方案,提高海岛微电网供电性能。通过数据仿真实验分析提出模型和方法的合理性,为海岛微电网未来的发展提供重要的技术支撑。
Based on stability, economy and environmental adaptation of operation of island micro- grid, a multi-objective smart micro-grid optimization model, based on such renewable energy as wind, micro fuel, tidal current and related energy storage system, is established, the characteristics of the distributed generators are analyzed, the economic cost and environmental conversion cost of island micro- grid operation is optimized, and the best optimal solution is presented. The improved PSO optimization algorithm, based on restrain, is proposed to solve the model of iterative optimization, the coordinated and optimal scheduling programs of the island micro-grid system are determined, and the performance of power, provided by island micro-grid, is improved as well. By simulation and analysis of actual data, the reliability and rationality of the model and the methods are proposed to provide important technical support for development of the island micro-grid in the future.
