摘要 随着社会和科技的不断发展,测温仪器已经在各个领域广泛应用,智能化也成为了现代温度控制系统发展的主流方向。近年来,温度控制系统已经应用到了人们生活中的方方面面,设计一个温度控制系统,具有十分广泛的应用前景和现实意义。在工业生产和实验研究的各个领域中,温度是表征变化过程和对象状态的重要物理量之一。这里设计的动态温度控制系统以控制的高精度与稳态性为目标,通过一系列的研究与实验,该带预测补偿的模糊自适应PID控制器实现了恒温箱的动态温度控制。采用Matlab软件,建立PID控制仿真模型,研究了不同参数对实验的影响并对其进行调试修正,对实际工程应用有一定的参考价值。 With the continuous development of society and technology, temperature measuring instrument has been widely used in various fields, and intelligence has become the main direction of the development of modern temperature control system. In recent years, as the temperature control systems are applied to all aspects of people's life, the design of a temperature control system has a very wide range of application prospects and practical significance. In industrial production and experimental study, the temperature is one of the important physical quantities for the change process and the object state. The dynamic temperature control system is designed to control the high precision and the stability, and the research and the experiment are conducted for predictive compensation fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller to realize the control of the dynamic temperature of the constant temperature box. In this paper, Matlab software is used to establish the PID control simulation model,and the effects of different parameters on the experiment are studied. It has certain reference value for practical engineering application.
