LCC谐振式微波应用器高效连续电源研究

摘要 驱动微波应用器磁控管需要直流高电压大功率电源,传统中通过电源变压器升压、整流、滤波处理的过程具有效率低,设备体积大等不足。开关电源技术的应用克服了这些缺点,但在实际应用中,开关管的导通与关断过程会产生功率损耗,为了降低损耗,提高工作效率,提出一种采用串并联结构的LCC谐振型全桥变换器的微波应用器驱动电源设计方案。实验表明,该方案能显著提高微波应用器驱动电源的效能和降低电磁干扰。采用该方案设计的驱动电源可有效改进微波应用器中微波功率控制的连续性,实现微波应用器腔体内温度的连续控制。 Driving magnetron of microwave applications needs large power supply and DC high voltage, and the procedures of traditional process which use transformer of power supply to boost voltage and filtering rectifier have the drawbacks of low efficiency and large volume. But the application of switch power supply overcomes the shortcomings mentioned above. However, in the practical application, the loss will be generated during switch tube on and off. In order to reduce loss and improve work efficiency, this paper presents a power supply design of microwave applicator by LCC series-parallel resonant structure. The experiment shows that it can significantly increase the efficiency and depress electromagnetic interference for the power supply of microwave applicator, and significantly improve the continuity of microwave power control of the microwave applications to continuously control the temperature in the cave.
