摘要
《青少年法治教育大纲》颁布实施后,对高等院校非法学专业学生法治教育的要求越来越高,民族类高等院校因其独具的民族特色和培养少数民族人才、促进民族团结进步的特殊使命,对非法学专业学生的法治教育显得尤为重要与紧迫。本文在阐释民族院校非法学专业学生法治教育特点及法治教育中存在的问题的基础上,提出民族院校非法学专业学生法治教育的对策建议。对我国各民族院校,推进全面依法治国战略,培养学法、守法、用法的各民族人才队伍,依靠法律维护民族团结、促进民族繁荣具有重要的实践意义。
The course requirements for legal education for non -law majors in Chinese universities for nationalities are more strict than before with the implementation of the Legal Education Syllabus for Chinese Youth. Due to the unique ethnic features of such universities and with their mission of training ethnic minority talents and strengthening ethnic solidarity, they feel it urgent to improve their legal ed- ucation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of legal education for such students and the existing problems before putting forward some suggestions and measures, which should have much practical significance to the implementation of the strategy of ruling the country by law and training of law - sensitive ethnic students as well as the ethnic unity and prosperity in China.
