2016年孝感市梅雨期暴雨洪水初探

Preliminary analysis on 2016 storm flood of Xiaogan City during plum rain period

2016年梅雨期因受超强厄尔尼诺事件影响,孝感市共遭遇5场强降雨过程,暴雨呈现出范围大、强度大、总量大的特点,区内河道、水库、湖泊水位多次超汛限、汛控水位,甚至超历史最高水位。分析了孝感市2016年暴雨洪水特征并总结了洪水期间暴雨溃坝、溃垸情况。分析结果揭示了孝感市区内江河堤防对相应洪水的承受能力,找出了防汛堤防工程的薄弱部位,对今后孝感市的防洪工程建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

Influenced by super strong El Nino during plum rain period in 2016, Xiaogan City encountered 5 strong rainfall processes with large coverage, high intensity and large flood volume, and the water levels of the rivers, reservoirs and lakes all exceeded flood control levels, even higher than historical maximum water level. This paper analyzes the characteristics of storm flood of Xiaogan City in 2016 and summarizes the break conditions of dyke and polder dyke in the flood period. The results find the bearing capacity of dykes in Xiaogan City to the corresponding flood and locate the weak points of dyke project, which has some references to the flood control project construction in Xiaogan City.
