摘要
修水流域是暴雨洪水多发区之一。2016年4~7月,修水流域先后经历了12次较大的暴雨过程,间隔时间短、降雨强度大,从而造成该区域入汛期以来水位持续上涨、洪水过程多、洪峰水位高,长期处于超警戒状态。从2016年修水流域暴雨时空分布及其特征、发生发展过程以及修水流域下游控制河段永修县永修水文站河段特性等方面,分析了洪水发生的原因,洪水特征及其演变情况、影响因素以及对流域干流上游水库群蓄水调度情况,总结了此次战胜暴雨洪水的方式方法和成功经验。结合2016年水库调度运行情况提出了水库科学调度运行的措施,以期最大限度地发挥水库工程措施在防汛减灾中的作用。
The Xiushui River Basin is prone to heavy rainstorm and flood. From April to July in 2016, 12 heavy rainstorm processes with short time interval and intense rainfall happened in the basin, resulting in continuous rise of water level, multiple flood processes and high flood peak of the area since it entered the flood season, and the water level was higher than warning level for a long time. We analyzed the causes and the characteristics of floods and theirs variation, influential factors and water impounding and dispatching conditions of multi - reservoirs in the upstream basin from aspects of spatial and temporal distribution, the characteristics and variation process of storms in the Basin and the hydrological characteristics of the downstream control reach, Yongxiu hydrology station at Yongxiu County, et al. In addition, we summarized some countermeasures and successful experiences from this flood control and disaster mitigation work and put forward some scientific reservoir dispatching measures combined with the reservoir dispatching in 2016, so as to maximize the role of reservoir in flood control and disaster relief.
