摘要
主要分析了涂装现场前处理电泳线车身颗粒问题的来源,并采取了A3思维、逐步验证法、排除法等一系列解决方法,实现了降低电泳后车身颗粒数的目的,为车身涂装实现无颗粒化的目标提供了改善方向。
The source of the particles in pretreatment electrophoresis line was analyzed, and a series of methods were taken such as the A3 thinking, gradually to verify, exclusion method, etc. It can reduce the number of particles in vehicle body after electrophoresis, and provide the improvement direction for body painting without particles.
