显微镜下荧光素钠引导辅助切除脑胶质瘤的临床体会

Clinical experience of surgery for gliomas guided by intraoperative injection of sodium fluorescein

目的总结显微镜下荧光素钠引导辅助技术在切除脑胶质瘤手术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析15例经显微镜下荧光素钠引导辅助切除脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料。术前2h静脉注射荧光素钠1mg/kg,术中按肿瘤显影情况进行手术切除。术后行MRI复查。结果术后MRI及病理检查提示15例患者肿瘤全切除,未见注射荧光素钠相关不良反应。无严重并发症和死亡病例发生。结论荧光素钠引导技术操作简便,能有效显示肿瘤边界,提高显微手术肿瘤全切率。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of surgery under microscope for brain gliomas guided by intravenous injection of sodium fluorescein.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with glioma were retrospectively analyzed.The gliomas were resected,which was guided by the tumor development produced by intravenous injection of sodium fluorescein 1mg/kg at 2hours before operation.The patients were followed up by MRI.Results Postoperative MRI and pathology examination showed that a complete resection of the tumors was achieved in all 15 cases.There were no sodium fluorescein-related adverse effects.No severe postoperative complications and death case were observed.Conclusion Intravenous injection of sodium fluorescein before operation may effectively show the tumor development of brain gliomas,which is easy to perform and helpful to improve the resection rate of completely resecting the tumors under microscope.
