摘要
目前,600 MW超临界机组大多数采用电动给水泵+汽动给水泵的混合启动方式。针对电动给水泵运行电流高、能耗大的问题,阐述了纯汽动给水泵启动方式的优点和具体操作方法。机组采用纯汽动给水泵的启动方式,节约了大量的厂用电,取得了很好的节能效果;另外,汽动给水泵的带负荷能力比电动给水泵强,机组并网至脱硝投运的时间至少减少了1.5 h,极大提高了机组的环保竞争力。
At present,600 MW ultra-critical unit usually adopted incorporated start-up method of both electricity and steam driven water supply pump. To solve the problem of high current and large energy consumption,the advantage and procedure of only applying steam driven water supply pump was introduced. After this change,power consumption was reduced. Time from synchronization to denitration system started was shorten by one and a half hour. Environmental protection competitiveness was remarkably enhanced.
