摘要
某300 MW抽凝式汽轮机在改造后的首次启动过程中,出现了高中压通流部分轴向动静碰磨。针对碰磨的原因进行了分析,并通过高中压通流部分各级运行间隙的计算,找出了最先碰磨部位;为今后类似改造提出了建议。
Collision and friction happened in the high-low pressure flow passage area along shaft while the first start-up of 300 MW bleeder turbine after retrofit. After analyzing collision and friction causes,based on the calculation of high-low pressure flow passage area running clearance of each two stages,the first collided and fricated part was indicated. Improvement suggestion was provided.
