摘要
以燃气内燃机为主体机型的小型冷热电三联供发电系统,以高效、节能等技术特点在国内得到越来越多的推广。燃气内燃机系统由于机组燃烧结构的限制,导致机组排烟中氮氧化物无法得到有效控制。目前的三联供系统,内燃机烟气温度与脱硝系统常规催化剂适用温度不匹配,通过对烟气余热部分进行系统处理,可实现常规催化剂与三联供系统的有效结合,达到燃气内燃机三联供系统有效、达标脱硝的目的。
In virtue of high efficiency,less energy consumption and other technical features,gas engine became more and more popular for smaller capacity triple co-generation system. Due to combustion structure of gas engine, it is difficult to control oxynitride emission. At present,gas engine flue gas temperature doesn't fit to typical denitration catalyst. By reconstructing flue gas waste heat part,tripe co-generation system effectively cooperated with conventional catalyst. Oxynitride emission up to requirement.
