高马赫数风洞试验天平保护装置设计

摘要 为了风洞试验天平在高马赫数试验中免受冲击载荷所产生的破坏,设计了一套全新的试验天平保护装置,该套装置安装与模型支杆内部,而不是安装于风洞上。采用改变受力形式的原理,将模型冲击载荷由单支点支撑改为双支点支撑。在保护装置设计中,采用传统丝杠传动与新式压电陶瓷驱动器相结合的方式,实现了轴向与法向两个方向的运动。新设计的机构具有尺寸小,承载能力大,定位精度高、成本低的特点。该套装置能够降低天平感受到的模型冲击载荷,减少天平所受应力,使天平免受破坏。 In order to protect the wind - tunnel balance from being damaged by shock loads, a set of new test balance protecting appa- ratus is developed. This apparatus is installed onto the model sting instead of the wind tunnel ceilings. The principle is to transform the loading structures, from the one single supporter to dual supporter. In the procedure of mechanical designing, the traditional glide screw and up -to -data pizeo actuator are combined and the motions in axial and normal direction are achieved. The new developed apparatus has the features of low size, high - loads carrying, high precision of positioning and low cost. The apparatus has the capacity of decreasing the shock loads applied onto the balance and avoid the balance from being damaged.
