家属参与式护理在预防ICU患者谵妄中的应用

Application of Families Participatory Nursing in the Prevention of Delirium in ICU Patients

目的:探讨家属参与式护理在预防ICU患者谵妄中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1~3月ICU收治的178例患者为对照组,2016年4~6月ICU收治的213例患者为观察组,对照组住院期间接受ICU常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取家属参与式护理干预,比较两组谵妄发生情况、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间及家属满意度。结果:干预后观察组谵妄发生率低于对照组、ICU住院时间和机械通气时间短于对照组、家属满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与式护理对预防ICU患者发生谵妄及提升家属满意度具有一定的效果。

Objective： To investigate the effects of families participatory care in the prevention of delirium in ICU patients. Methods： A total of 178 patients in ICU in our hospital during January to March in 2016 were selected as the control group,and a total of 190 patients in ICU in our hospital during April to June in 2016 were selected as the observation group. The control group received the routine ICU care during hospitalization,while the observation group received the families participatory nursing on the basis of routine nursing care. Two groups＇ incidence of delirium,ICU hopitalization time,mechanical ventilation time and patients＇ satisfaction were compared. Results： After the intervetion,the observation group＇s incidence of delirium was significantly lower than that in the control group. The observation group＇s ICU hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and family satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The families participatory nursing has a certain effect on prevention of patients with delirium in ICU and enhance the satisfaction of family members.
