延续护理模式对再生障碍性贫血患者生存质量的影响

Effects of Continuous Nursing Model on the Quality of Life of Patients with Aplastic Anemia

目的:探讨延续护理模式对再生障碍性贫血患者出院后生存质量的影响。方法:选取收治的再生障碍性贫血患者52例,随机分为干预组和对照组各26例,对照组给予常规的治疗和护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予系统性延续护理模式;比较两组不同时间用药依从性、药物不良反应、再次入院情况及生存质量。结果:出院3个月及6个月干预组用药依从性、生存质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对再生障碍性贫血患者采用延续护理,可以促进自我护理,提高患者的生存质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective： To explore the effects of continuous nursing model on the quality of life of patients with aplastic anemia after discharge. Methods： A total of 52 patients with aplastic anemia were selected and were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each with 26 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment nursing care,while the intervention group was given systematic continuous nursing model on the basis of the conventional nursing care. Different time of medication compliance,adverse drug reactions,readmission and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results： The compliance and quality of life scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05） at 3 months and 6 months after discharge,and the incidence of complications and adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The continuous nursing care model for patients with aplastic anemia can promote self care,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
