摘要 目的:探讨标准分段式健康教育在恶性淋巴瘤患者PICC置管间歇期中的应用效果。方法:将2015年9~12月收治的53例恶性淋巴瘤患者作为对照组,接受常规PICC健康教育;将2016年1~4月收治的53例作为观察组,采用标准分段式健康教育,比较两组自我管理能力及护理效果。结果:观察组自我管理能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且相关并发症及不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用标准分段式健康教育对恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者实施干预,能显著提高患者在化疗间歇期导管自我管理能力,降低PICC相关不良事件和并发症发生率。 Objective: To explore the application effects of standard sectional health education in patients with malignant lymphoma with PICC catheter intermittent period. Methods: A total of 53 patients of malignant lymphoma were selected as the control group from September to December in 2015,and the control group received the routine PICC health education. A total of 53 patients were selected as the observation group from January to April in 2016,and the observation group received the standard sectional health education. The self management ability and nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results: The self-management ability of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05),and the incidence of complications and adverse events were significantly lower than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The application of standard sectional health education can significantly improve the selfmanagement ability of patients in the intermittent chemotherapy period,and reduce the incidence of PICC related adverse events and complications.
