积极护理系统在老年糖耐量异常患者中的应用

Application of Active Nursing System in Elderly Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

目的:探讨积极护理系统在老年糖耐量异常患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年8~12月住院的42例糖耐量异常患者为对照组,2015年1~4月住院的42例糖耐量异常患者为观察组,对照组接受糖耐量异常的常规护理,观察组使用积极护理系统实施干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组干预后的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、进展为糖尿病的比例、冠心病发生率、脑卒中发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用积极护理系统对老年糖耐量异常患者进行干预,可显著提高该类患者的血糖控制效果。

Objective： To investigate the effects of active nursing system in elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods：42 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were selected as the control group from August to December in 2014,and another 42 cases with impaired glucose tolerance were selected as the observation group from January to April. The control group received IGT routine nursing care,while the observation group received the active nursing intervention. Two groups nursing effects were compared. Results： After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,the incidence of diabetes,the incidence of coronary heart disease and the incidence of stroke in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of active nursing system for elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance intervention,can significantly improve the patients＇ blood glucose control effect.
