协同护理模式在门急诊静脉留置针患儿中的应用

Application of Collaborative Nursing Model in Children with Intravenous Indwelling Needle in Emergency Department

目的:探讨协同护理模式在门急诊静脉留置针患儿中的应用效果。方法:将114例门急诊静脉留置针患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各57例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予协同护理模式,比较两组护理质量、护理安全性、护理满意率及留置针使用天数。结果:观察组护理质量、护理安全性、护理满意率及留置针使用天数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对门急诊静脉留置针患儿采用协同护理模式能降低护理风险发生率,延长留置针使用时间,提高护理质量及护理满意率。

Objective： To explore the application effects of collaborative nursing model in children with intravenous indwelling needle.Methods： A total of 114 cases with outpatient and emergency use of venous indwelling needle were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group with 57 cases. The control group was given the routine nursing care,while the observation group was given the collaborative nursing model on the basis of the control group. Nursing quality,nursing safety,nursing satisfaction rate and the duration of indwelling needle were compared between two groups. Results： The nursing quality,nursing safety,nursing satisfaction rate and the number of days of indwelling needle in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The collaborative nursing model can reduce the incidence of nursing risk in patients with intravenous indwelling needle in emergency,prolong the service time of indwelling needle,and improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction rate.
