英语教师领导力对学生英语水平的影响研究 被引量：3

摘要 英语教师根据英语学科的特点,利用教师职位的权利和个人的影响力,可以在英语教学中从三个方面影响学生:英语教师是大学生英语学习的榜样,能影响学生的英语学习动机;善于与学生沟通,尊重信任学生,能激发学生努力学习英语的回报感和义务感;能创设环境塑造学生的认同感,来提升学生主动学习英语的动力,从而提高学生的英语水平。
