Collective Goods, Fiscal Field and New Synthesis of Fiscal Knowledge System

本文以集体物品为骨架,联结其根基部分的三个财政场域—共同体、共用资源池和委托代理关系,融合政治学、管理学、经济学、伦理学和法学,形成共通的、事实基础的、因果逻辑关系贯穿其中的全新知识话语体系,可望为公共财政创建一个共同的解释基础,进而终结财政学的无根基和碎片化状态,并对复杂棘手的现实作出系统而非零星的回应。

This article tries using collective goods as a framework to connect three fiscal fields in fundamental sections, which contain common community, common resource pool, and principle-agent relations, and amalgamating sciences of politics, management, economics, ethics and law, to form a new common, fact-based and causal relationship involving knowledge and discourse system, which is expected to create a common explanation basis and terminate the foundationless and fragmented situation of public finance science, and to make a systematic response to the complex and stubborn problems of reality.
