摘要
本文围绕"突破智能制造关键技术和核心部件课题"来探讨位置检知传感技术"磁敏元件"替代研究,立足于动作特性的结构设计,循序推进无磁敏元件、无内磁和360°无盲角检测的演进,在CMS系列和CPS系列产品基础上实现位置检知传感器整体国产化,解决位置传感的偏置问题和轴向、径向动作的无盲角检知。
This paper focuses on the "intelligent manufacturing breakthrough key technology and core components subject" to explore the alternative knowledge detection sensor technology "sensor" . The structure design is based on the operating characteristics, promoting the development of the evolution of non magnetic sensors, no magnetic and 360 degrees without blind angle detection, so as to achieve the overall localization position detecting sensor in the CMS series and CPS series of products based on the solution of position sensor bias and axial and radial motion without blind angle detection.
