随着城市现代化的发展,城市农民工的公共服务逐渐被人们关注。根据发达国家,如英国与加拿大的历史,我们可以吸取其中的经验,提出一些政策建议。如政府对待城市农民工树立"以人为本"的公共服务理念,政府内部要建立一整套城市农民工公共服务的体系,政府与国有企业建立"绩效导向"制度,提高办事效率等等,并且要注意符合中国的国情。

Since the reform and opening up, the public service of migrant workers in cities has been gradually concerned by people. According to the developed countries, such as Britain and Canada＇s history, we can learn from the experience, and puts forward some policy suggestions, such as migrant workers to the city government to establish a ＂people-oriented＂concept of public service, the government should establish a set of migrant workers in city public service system, the establishment of government performance oriented system and state-owned enterprises, improve the work the efficiency and so on, and pay attention to meet the conditions of Chinese.
