母乳喂养自我效能是产妇启动及持续母乳喂养的信心，提高产妇母乳喂养自我效能有利于提高母乳喂养率。目前我国低出生体重儿母乳喂养率很低，产妇对此了解不多，所采取的措施也有限。本文介绍了影响母乳喂养自我效能的相关因素，及国内外提高低出生体重儿母亲母乳喂养自我效能的措施，为临床工作提供有效信息。

Breastfeeding self-efficacy is the confidence of the starting and continuing of breastfeeding for puerperal. Improving the breastfeeding self-efficacy of puerpera will help increase breastfeeding rate. At present, the breastfeeding rate of low birth weight children is very low in China. Women know the knowledge about breastfeeding little so they can＇t take effective measures to take care of children. The influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy are described in this article. The article also introduces the methods which can improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy of low birth weight children.
