供给侧改革视域下区域高等教育学科结构与产业结构的适切性研究

Study on the Relevance of Regional Higher Education Discipline Structure and Industrial Structure from the Perspective of Supply Side Reforms

文章提出高等教育学科结构与产业结构的作用机理,并对辽宁省2006-2015年的学科结构与产业结构的适切性进行分析。依据研究分析结果提出具体的优化建议:依据区域的资源与特色,促进产业结构的优化升级;调控各学科的发展规模,完善学科的良好适应力;增强政府调控与高校自主调节的契合度,做好人才需求预测;加强高校整体战略规划,调整专业设置思路。

This paper puts forward the mechanism of higher education discipline structure and industrial structure and analyzes the appropriateness of the discipline structure and industrial structure of Liaoning province from 2006 to 2015. According to the analysis,the specific optimization suggestions are put forward： the optimization should be promoted and industrial structure should be upgraded in the light of the regional resources and characteristics; the scale of the development of the discipline should be regulated,discipline adaptability should be perfected; the correspondence between government regulation and self regulation in universities should be strenthened,talent demand should be forecasted more accurately; the overall strategic planning of colleges and universities should be facilated,the professional setting ideas should be adjusted.
