高校青年人才绩效评价的困境与突破

Dilemma and Its Breakthrough of College Young Talents' Performance Evaluation

高等教育的现代化有赖于师资队伍的现代化,随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,高校青年人才在教师队伍中的比例越来越高,作用越来越重要,如何提高青年人才工作绩效成为考验高校治理能力的重要尺度。人才评价与人才成长密不可分,科学的评价制度能够引导青年人才认知自我、反思自我,从而提升自我。然而现阶段高校教师绩效评价助推青年人才成长的效果不明显。为保障高校青年人才健康成长,绩效评价应以问题为导向、以创新为驱动、以发展为目标,遵从职业发展和青年人才成长规律,激励和引领青年人才树立远大理想,在报效国家、服务社会中推进高等教育的现代化。

The modernization of higher education depends on the modernization of college teaching staff. With the arrival of the era of the popularization of higher education,the ratio of young talents in the whole staff is getting higher and higher,and they play increasingly important roles. The scientific performance evaluation system of their work performance can actively guide them to recognize their self objectively and reflect their self,thus improving their self,in contrast,the performance evaluation system practised at present does not work well. It is proposed in this paper that the performance evaluation system should be problem- oriented and innovation- driven so as to motivate and to guide the young talents in their growth.
