社会转型期大学生心理健康教育观念的思考:访谈证据

Reflection on College Mental Health Education Concepts in Period of Social Transformation: Evidence from Interviews

为了了解社会转型特殊历史时期,我国高校大学生心理健康教育工作的现状、特点与发展趋势,我们对清华大学、河南大学、咸阳职业技术学院等15所高校进行访谈调研。结果表明,普及、深化和全面推进新时期大学生心理健康教育工作,首先应树立正确的心理健康教育观念,包括坚持正确的心理健康教育方向、树立牢固的心理健康教育意识、由问题导向向积极心理品质培育转轨。

In order to understand the current situation,characteristics and developmental tendency of college mental health education in the period of social transformation,we conduct interviews with 15 colleges and universities,including Qinghua University,Henan University,Xianyang Vocational Technical College and so on. The results show that it is deadly urgent to establish correct mental health education concepts,which is the essential faundation to popularize,deepen and comprehensively promote the college mental health education in the new period. These education concepts include adherence to correct mental health education direction,establishment of firm mental health education awareness,and shift from problem- orientated education to positive mental qualtiy cultivation.
