摘要
对我国高校师资质量的每项因素进行翔实的统计,并做了对比分析。按国家教育导向搜集和统计高校师资质量因素,各以30所高校作为统计样本,分别对985院校、211院校和普通高校不同年度的职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构和学缘结构进行统计,对三类高校分别求出每项师资质量因素的年度百分比均值。通过对比研究,明确不同类型和同类型不同高校间师资质量因素存在的具体差异。研究成果为我国高校改变师资结构和调整高校发展定位,提供现实和长远参考。
A detailed statistics and a comparative analysis has been conducted of all teacher quality factors in universities of China.According to the national education guide,the teacher quality factors in universities are collected and counted. Taking 30 universities as the statistical samples,the factors are statistically analyzed,including title structure,educational structure,age structure and education related structure of 985 colleges,211 colleges and regular universities in different years,then the mean of annual percentage in each factor of the three types is computed. Through the comparative analysis,the specific differences in different type universities and in different universities in the same type are confirmed. It provides a realistic and long- term reference for the structures of teachers and the positions of universities.
