摘要
专业伦理是教师职后教育和专业素质的重要内容,对教师、教学、学生以及专业学科发展都至关重要,在高校青年教师职后教育中应该受到重视。不过现实的情形,往往重视专业技能、专业知识方面的提升,忽略青年教师专业伦理素养的培养。有鉴于此,高校务必要重视青年教师专业伦理素养的培养,强化专业化、科学化与系统化的专业伦理素养培养理念;拓展与整合专业伦理培养的内容,突出专业规范与要求;探索自主与外在培养的多样化途径,强化专业伦理素养的考核地位与保障措施供给,以此不断完善青年教师职后教育中的专业伦理培养机制,助推青年教师职业、专业成长。
Professional ethics is the important content of post- service education and it is also vital professional quality of teachers,it is very important to teacher development,teaching,students and professional disciplines,and it should be paid attention to in the post- service education of young teachers in colleges and universities. However,in pracitce,importance is often attached to professional skills,enhancement of professional knowledge,ignoring the young teachers' professional ethics training. In view of this,colleges and universities must pay attention to the cultivation of young teachers' professional ethics,strengthen the training concept of professional ethics,scientific and systematic professional ethics as a whole,expand and integrate professional ethics training contents,highlight professional norms and requirements,explore independent and external training diversified ways,strengthen professional ethics assessment status and supply of safeguard measures,so as to continuously improve the professional ethics training mechanism of young teachers in post- service education,and promote the professional development of young teachers.
