摘要
不同区域在经济发展速度及资源掌控程度等方面不同,在产业发展态势及人力资源需求等方面各有差别,高校在人才培养与输送过程中应充分认识区域特征性对人才就业的影响,以学生就业需求为前提,通过不同区域发展的评定,合理评估市场与劳动力分配情况,建立就业趋势综合评估体系。同时利用政策优势,完善现有教学与就业服务体系,通过建立学生就业信息平台,完善应用型专业及特色学院建设,全面提升教学与服务质量,推动教学成果在就业教育实践环节的应用。
Different regions have different economic development speed and resource control degree,and they vary in industry development trend and demand for human resources. Universities should fully understand the influence of regional characteristics on talent employment,and a comprehensive assessment system of employment trends needs badly to be established so that development of different regions can be assessed,employment and labor distribution can be judged reasonably At the same time,universities should take policy advantages to perfect the existing teaching and employment service system,to perfect construction of applied specialty and characteristic college by establishing employment information platform,to improve quality of teaching and service,and to promote application of teaching achievement in teaching practice.
