构建创业教育平台、培养优秀创业人才是高校教育改革的重任,完善高校创业实践基地是高校创业教育发展的根本要求,强调全方位、立体化建设思路,逐步打造特色型创新创业实践基地。时刻围绕社会发展需求,形成广泛的创业人才成长"土壤",全面提升创业教育质量。明确创业教育中的学生主体地位,强化培养学生创新精神和创业能力,注重理论教育和实践教育的可行性,稳步推进高校创业教育体系改革。

Constructing entrepreneurship education platform and cultivating excellent entrepreneurial talents are the key tasks of education reform in universities. Improving entrepreneurial practice base is the basic development requirement for university entrepreneurship education. Comprehensive and three- dimensional construction thought and gradually establishing characteristic innovation and entrepreneurship practice bases are the vital approaches. Based on the social development requirements,it should form extensive＂soil＂for growth of entrepreneurial talents,comprehensively improve the quality of entrepreneurship education,define the subject position of students in entrepreneurship education,strengthen students＇ innovation spirits and entrepreneurial abilities,pay attention to the feasibility of theoretical education and practical education,and steadily promote the system reform of entrepreneurship education in universities.
