Analysis and Summary of Matrix Effects in GC-MS and LC-MS

摘要 介绍了GC-MS和LC-MS中基质效应的产生机理,分析了易受基质效应影响的农药,同时阐述了补偿GC-MS和LC-MS的基质效应时一些常用的、效果较好的方法。通过分析,总结出含有P=O、-O-CO-NH-、OH、R-NH-、-N=、-NH-CO-NH-等基团的农药通常表现出较强的基质效应。GC-MS和LC-MS中均常用的补偿基质效应的方法有基质净化法、同位素标记法、基质匹配校准法。GC-MS中也常使用加入分析保护剂法。 The mechanism of matrix effect in GC-MS and LC-MS was introduced, and the effects of pesticides on the matrix effect were analyzed. In addition, a few commonly used methods to compensate the matrix effect in GC-MS and LC-MS were also discussed. Based on the analysis, the pesticdes which has the perssads such as P=O, -O-CO-NH-, OH, R-NH-, -N = and -Nil-CO-NH- commonly have strong matrix effect. The methods commonly used to compensate matrix effect in GC-MS and LC-MS are matrix purification method, isotope labeling method and matrix matching calibration method. The analysis of protective agent method is often used in GC-MS.
