10%精甲霜灵·氟啶胺颗粒剂高效液相色谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]建立高效液相色谱同时检测精甲霜灵、氟啶胺的分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-0.2%乙酸溶液为流动相,使用Waters Sunfire C18为填料的不锈钢柱和VWD检测器,在212、240 nm波长下对10%精甲霜灵·氟啶胺颗粒剂进行分离和定量分析。[结果]该方法检测精甲霜灵、氟啶胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9999;标准偏差分别为0.09、0.11,变异系数分别为0.94%、1.14%,平均回收率分别为103.3%、98.2%。[结论]分析方法具有操作简便、快速,分离效果好、准确度和精确度高、线性关系好的特点。 [Aims] The HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of metalaxyl-M-fluazinam 10% granules was established. [Methods] The samples were analyzed with ZORBAX SB-C18 stainless steel column and VWD detector at 212 and 240 nm, while the mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.2% acetic acid was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for metalaxyl-M and fluazinam were 0.9999 and 0.9999, the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.11, the variation coefficients were 0.94 and 1.14%, the average recovery rates were 103.3 and 98.2%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of fast, good separation, high precision and accuracy, and fine linear relations.
