摘要
针对综放工作面初采期间存在的问题,分析后退式单孔多次压裂技术在综放工作面煤岩体弱化中的作用。通过监测压裂和顶板垮落过程,在潞安五阳煤矿7602综放工作面进行煤岩体水力压裂弱化试验研究。结果表明,针对五阳煤矿7602顶板条件,水压最高可达48.36 MPa,单孔压裂约8次,水力裂缝扩展半径约10 m。压裂后,顶煤冒放性提高、煤层瓦斯得以提前释放、注入水量降低放煤过程中的煤层量。顶板垮落过程未产生冲击,保证初采安全。
According to the exist problems involved at fully mechanized caving face, role of retreating multiple fracturing in single borehole in coal and rock weakening of fully mechanized caving face was analyzed at 7602 working face in Wuyang coal mine of Luan mining district. The following conclusions were reached. The maximum fracturing pressure in the roof of 7602 working face was 48.36 MPa and nearly 8 times fracturing operation was conducted. The fracture propagation radium reached to 10 m. After fracturing, top coal caving was improved, gas contained in coal bed was released before mining and coal dust was reduced during top coal caving process. Impact during roof first caving was avoided and safety during initial mining was guaranteed.
