摘要
以中兴矿1200工作面为工程背景,进行切顶卸压沿空留巷试验。针对工作面运输巷顶板软弱且含有一定节理的特点,通过理论计算结合已有工程经验确定了切缝参数,并引进了双向聚能爆破技术。现场采用多种装药方式开展爆破试验,通过现场钻孔窥视对比分析,当采取3根聚能管从上到下安装3+2+0管炸药,爆破效果最佳,成缝率高,且顶板无炸坑出现。
Taking No.1200 working face in Zhongxing mine as the engineering background and the gob-side entry retaining of relieving pressure by roof-cutting was carried out. The roof is soft and contains some joints, the parameters were certified through calculating and engineering experiences, and the bilateral cumulative tensile explosion technology was brought in. Many group in-situ tests with different cartridges filling forms were carried out to certain the optimal way. Through observing the explosion fractures in the blasting hole by hole imaging instrument, the effect of different filling forms was compared with each other. When 3 pipes with 3+2+0 cartridges in each pipe from top to bottom, the effect was the best, the ratio of fracture forming was high and there was no explosive pit in the roof.
