分析了影响煤矿混凝土管道安全输送的主要因素,阐述了混凝土输送管道相关的检测技术。结合制约混凝土长距离管道输送的管道堵塞问题,分析了堵塞发生的主要原因,并通过设计一种具有自动换向功能的防爆管装置,辅助实现长距离管道安全输送。

Combined with restriction concrete of long distance pipeline blockage problem, analyzes the main causes of clogging occur,and tries to design a explosion-proof pipe device which has the function of automatic reverse, auxiliary to achieve long-distance pipeline safe transportation.
