厚煤层长钻孔封孔工艺的比对分析研究

摘要 针对保德煤矿8#煤层厚煤层长钻孔采用2种封孔工艺进行实测煤层瓦斯压力。在测定瓦斯压力过程中,对胶囊黏液带压封孔工艺进行了优化和改进。通过对2种封孔工艺的封孔质量和测压效果的比对,得出胶囊黏液带压封孔工艺在厚煤层长钻孔测压中更加具有优越性,更能真实反映煤层瓦斯压力,具有良好的应用效果和安全生产效益。 For long Baode mine 8# thick coal seam drilling the two sealing hole technology for measurement of coal seam gas pressure. In the process of measuring gas pressure, the pressure sealing process of capsule mucus was optimized and improved. The two sealing technological hole sealing quality and pressure measuring results comparison, the capsule mucus with pressure sealing process is superiority in thick coal seam drilling long borehole pressure is obtained, can reflect the coal seam gas pressure, has good application effect and safety in production efficiency.
